"Fighting to be Heard": Pick Your Edition
Meet the inaugural book publication from La Jetée Press, "Fighting to be Heard: How the British Aerospace 146 Started the Regional Jet Revolution" by Brian Wiklem
We have two editions available for "Fighting to be Heard: How the British Aerospace 146 Started the Regional Jet Revolution" by Brian Wiklem.
The standard edition is $80. I'll be blunt. I have a ton of aviation books and this is a book that redefines the aviation book genre in terms of its presentation and scope. We could not have asked for a better inaugural release to exemplify the spirit and mission of La Jetée Press. Brian Wiklem's book is a true love letter to the last all-British airliner.
The standard edition is $146. But what you get for that increase in price is something not seen in the world of aviation books. A custom made glass/metal BAe-146 branded USB drive that lights up when you plug it in and it's loaded with BAe-146 related material. A Blu-ray DVD with *SEVEN* hours of videos related to the BAe-146, many of them not ever seen by the general public. A data plate that is made from the actual fuselage skin of a BAe-146. AND a beautiful and sturdy clamshell storage case for it all.
Aircraft E2022 was originally delivered to PSA in 1984 as N346PS. It then flew for US Air as N163US. Then from 1996 to 2006 it flew for a series of operators in Europe including Debonair and CityJet.
